i have always suffered like a dog from cold feet/ankles. i need some new warm thermal leggings. but someone told me that warm compression tights might be more suitable for me.
never used compression stuff, never understood what it does.

so warm thermals or warm compression?

I found my compression type stuff to feel warm, but I’m not sure if that’s genuinely the compression bit or the fact they’re particularly close cut (feel ‘hugging’)
