I have made flapjacks, or rather I have made one giant flapjack, and am waiting for it to cool down so I can take it off the baking tray and cut it into smaller flapjacks that I can more easily fit into my mouth. I know if i go for it now they will break up, but that giant flapjack is calling to me, it knows I am weak.
