Agree, Schumacher in his prime was a match for just about anyone, the point being he is pretty far from his prime at the moment.
Yes that's the same point as I've been making. The additional irony being that these new guys are so good at least in part due to the raising ever higher of the standards by MS himself! He got fitter and more technical and more committed, and made that the norm, and now he can't get back to his own level.
I think he should admit defeat to be honest. If Mercedes want a talented German to slot in next to Nico then Adrian Sutil should be get-able.
