yesterday i managed to circumnavigate the entire area of the howgills.
29ish miles of very quiet and not too hilly lanes.
using the granny gear on the tourer to climb any hills it was a longish (4.5 hours)ride...........but it was **** awesome to be out on the bike.
good on ya fella, hopefully some of the dark clouds that seem to have been troubling you of late will have been blown away
