My girlfriend works for a company based in the Broughton Hall estate outside of Skipton and over the winter there was at least a couple of accidents a week on the stretch of the A59 outside of her work.
I’ve got a friend who works there, very tall, dark haired Canadian girl.
I’m living between East Marton and Gargrave at the mo, so have a choice of A59 or A65 into Skipton. A59 always seems very busy, A65 much less so. That might probably change thru the summer tho.
The only other thing to consider is that in Summer, that 6265 road and Grassington can be busy with day trippers and such, it can be quite frustrating stuck behind a load of George and Mildreds.
