I had a problem as I severed the cable on my DX light. A quick email & I posted it off to smudge. Got it back today all sorted & with even better waterproofing on the battery. He even sorted out a problem with my P7 torch - superb.
Top service from a top bloke, someone I can highly recommend & who I will be using again in the future.

Troutie, lent me one of lights, without any security or owt, I was new on here with no history too.

I just like to treat people/customers like I would like to be treated that's all, may not make me a millionaire but theres no feedback like good feedback.
Plus must thank Troutie for his support over the last year, he's the main guy really, yes I can give your old light a new battery but he's the one who can upgrade the light to the latest led's and keep your light up to date with the competition, plus the new stuff he's coming out with.
- Neil, did that count as clearing? I guess in theory I was just about still in control before I went over the bars!
+1 for Sumdge. Battery failed just before Christmas, really prompt email reply and I had a new one back within a few days. I was happy enough to buy a 2nd set!
