    On a Samsung tablet is incredibly annoying!

    It disappears and then pops back along the bottom of the screen everytime you scroll up or down, even worse, whilst typing this post it is flickering away as it flashes back up between each keystroke, creating a strobe effect.

    It also jumps up the screen every now and then

    Even worse than national express and ibis as I would at least use them*

    *until now as I will avoid on principle!
