Couldn’t get the bearings out of my front hub (Stans 3.30). Nothing would seem to shift it. Gave up late on Monday night.

Did a google search and a post on this very forum came up and said boiling water might shift it.

Tried it last night and on the first whack the bearing flew out across the garage! Next one the same. 8)

    Thanks again.

So now the problem is what to do with the new front wheel that I ordered from Merlin yesterday 😐

Boiling water applied to the hub body and not the bearing I presume?

Have to remember that one as I have an original Hope rear hub that’ll need a bearing change at some point
