Ordered new rebate forks for my son’s bike yesterday. Got an email saying they had been dispatched and would arrive in lnverness on monday. Forks arrived this afternoon so son can now ride his bike this weekend. Thanks On one bikes great service. Will be using them again

To be fair, they got back to me very quickly with spurious reasons not to honour their warranty promises. Better than being kept waiting.
