    Thank you for posting up about moving from BT to sky. We have had loads of problems with BT since joining them in May 2016. We ended up using the ombudsman but we weren’t allowed to cancel our contract which is what we wanted. BT sent us the letter to say prices are going up so we were given an escape route. 😀
    Gone to Sky and saving £50 per month, so cheers. Big thumbs up

    The invoice you’re going to get for consultancy charges is going to sting.

    STW does not come cheap. How else do you think they are balls deep in wood burners and Audis?

    After suffering at the hands of BT’s customer service I would gladly pay.
