Ideally free and not online.
I do NOT want to play against "millions of players worldwide!" or "chat" or "make friends" or any of that shite; I just want to amuse my misanthropic self quietly (ahem..) without having to engage with other people in any way whatsoever.
The "Governor of Poker" google app is good but I can't find it in the android market.
