According to the spec of my 19″ 1997 frame it’s 2.09Kg which equates to 4.6lb versus the Soul’s current 4.4lb for the 17.5 so there doesn’t seem to be much in it, I assume because my bike didn’t haven’t to meet any of the current regs back then.
I accept the longer fork and livelier comments though.

I know it’s been quite some time but I went to sort out a build for a Soul today. I haven’t given them the go ahead yet as we just need to sort the fine details on a few components but essentially we’re at:

Orange Cotic Soul
Reba RLT dual air
Hope Pro2/Stans Crest
Middleburn Uno cranks with 34T ring
XT rear mech
XTR shifter
Hope Race X2 brakes
XT cassette
Hope BB and headset

Nearly 50 years old and I’m proper excited….
