I found that after the first ride when I got the bike out again, the lever pulled nearly to the bar. After a few pumps it was better and after the 30 mins riding it was absolutely fine. Then next time-out of the shed the same thing happened etc.

Found having the reach as big as poss sorted this to a degree but anyone got a better solution? Shouldn’t really have this problem given price and adjustability

Need to bleed them

My tech x2 did that, seal in the lever had gone, worked after pumping, but kept going bad, bleeding didn’t help. Sent it to Hope and got it back two days later, sorted and with new pads, free. That’s kind if why you buy Hope I suppose.
