Will be in Tahoe (Incline Village) in April for a work trip, is it worth arranging bike hire or should I stay in the bar and talk business?
Where can I get good bikes near Incline village if its not 20ft deep in snow?

Go skiing instead. You can ski on the state line; desert one side, snowy hills the other. Or take up chicken ranchery...
