I'm trying to keep up with fit riding partners and was thinking of getting a roller track. Are they any good for a mountain bike?I know all the arguments for just going out and riding my bike but the counter arguments involve cleaning the bike and lubing etc so if I could get an extra couple of 20 minute rides in a week I might be able to keep up with the trail whippets (who, incidentally have those training bikes from spinning classes).
Any opinions would be appreciated.
