What are you swimmers using to prevent your goggles fogging up?
Ran out of anti fog spray and local shops dont have any.

Spit in them or lick them 😳 works for me

    What Pigface says!!!!!
Alternatively if you fancy something slightly mor appealing use fairy liquid and let it dry on the lens or some of the motorbike visor anti-mist stuff.
Obviously this is more expensive than spit!!!!

Goggle showed up baby shampoo, toothpaste, and spit!

Johnsons baby shampoo works for me in the pool and open water.

Spit, smear it about, then rinse. And once on, don’t go taking them off at the end of every length!

scuba divers do this with masks
when new, scrub with toothpaste and rinse
before each dive, spit, smear, rinse

Spit as above, plus keep them away from the warm shower water before going in the pool.

ChubbyBlokeInLycra’s method worked well on this morning! cheers dude! Not sure if the toothpaste helped but the spit seemed to!

The toothpaste idea seems pretty daft on swimming goggles given they have an anti-mist treatment.

You need to leave a gap between goggle and eye so that when you move off, air/water will pass over and clear the fog.

New goggles, other methods sometimes work.
