I’m about to hit buy on a LHT but I can’t make my mind up over the wheel size. I do intend to go far afield in many years time so the 26″ appeals but I do prefer the look of 700cc wheels, as in some of the photos I’ve seen the LHT looks ‘gappy’ with 26″. I’m looking at a 56cm frame size, does anyone have experience or pictures with the different wheel sizes (I’ve looked online but found nothing that exactly fits my scenario)?

I’ve a 26″ wheel LHT, I know what you mean about it looking ‘gappy’. But if you intend to put mudguards on then it the gap looks a lot smaller. When I bought mine I had the same dilemma as I liked the look of the 700c, but I went for a 26” as it suits my needs more. My advice would be purchase which ever wheel size suits your needs best and don’t worry about the look. They are a great bike and very comfy.
