Planet x could take some tips 
ordered a new tyre and saddle bag from planet x last thurs morning and I have nothing. Ordered pads from SS fri afternoon and they arrived today 
don't know what the point of this post is like as it isn't going to make it arrive quicker lol.

my last 2 orders from planet x arrived within 2 days of ordering, which i thought was really good, in fact i think one turned up next day

TBH I have never had a drama with SS pads and I have been using them for years.

but today is wednesday, that's outrageous: everything i have ever ordered from superstar has come the next working day. no idea about planet x, ordered a couple if bits and it was pretty quick iirc.

Ordered loads from both and got next day from them too, however superstar have taken 2 days with my last few orders..

My recent orders from both companies have turned up very quickly, can't grumble about anything to be fair
