Knock, knock anyone in....

I returned a goosed seatpost which was delivered to you on the 17th of June (like you asked)...

I have been mailing you since the 27th. All I would like is an update of what's happening but not a sausage!!

Any ideas?

BTW, I like SS. NEVER had any issue (apart from one of their early sets of pads falling apart on my first lap of HTN#1, causing my pistons to pop out, ruling me out after the first lap which to be fair, was a good thing as it was a sh*t tip).
