    I need it to be:
    – 160mm
    – HA of 66.5 (ish)
    – Seat Angle 71 to 74
    – Blot through rear (maxle or the new 142mm)
    – Tapered Head Tube
    – 30.9 or 31.6 seta tube

    Any sugestions?

2011 model Spicy, or a cheaper 2010 year model if you can live without the bolt-thru rear.

I have a trek scratch 7 – love it but fairly heavy weight – think they have re-vamped it for 2011 – great in the Alps, done Aston Hill and PORC on it with no problems
i saw an Ibis Mojo HD at biketart.com shop last week – absolutely beautiful £2095 from memory – and they have an Alpine 160 on demo – another great looking bike and also sell lapiere – and no I dont work for them

The new 2011 Intense Tracer 2 perhaps?

Adjustable 150/160mm travel, adjustable geometry and wheelbase , and a choice of 135mm or 142mm dropouts in bolt through!
