    A politics forum to be specific.
    Dump the eu referendum, corbyn, trump, may/GE threads and others into a dedicated politics forum.
    Anyone not interested could then block that specific forum – bliss….

    What, and lose the coffee lounge ?

    (350 million minutes a day could be saved by removing all politics threads – what should we spend them on ?)

    I’ve broadly solved this problem by bookmarking the bike forum and never visiting the chat forum.
