Turns out I win this week, as I’m the only one that lost any weight…

Definitely fell off the wagon a bit last week. At least it was only half a kg increase (was more compared to what I weighed halfway through the week though)

No ride at the weekend + going out for a meal twice – quite chuffed to have only put a little on to be honest .
Full of cold now , so looks like this weekends knackered too 😥

Yep, next week is the final week. Given that a whole two people sent in results for this week, I thought I’d wait to publish a final grand finale next week.

The way it’s going I may win by being the only one left 🙂
