Go see your dentist if it continues.
they’ll only be interested in your teeth – your jaw is outside of their remit so unless you’re sure a tooth is the cause of the problem see a doctor.
Absolutely. We know nowt about anything other than teeth. Most doctors I know have an awesome recall of head and neck anatomy. 🙄
Likely some derangement of the joint, probably acute and should settle with rest, soft diet, anti inflammatories and cold/heat over the joint. If it persists then TMD. Worth mentioning to the dentist when you see them or go and have it looked at if it doesn’t settle soon. HTH.
Edit: if the doctor will see you at quarter past eight that would be soon enough 😉
