Is it just me or are things taking a lot longer to sell on the classifieds forum? Is the credit crunch hitting home to us all? 🙁

Just curious as to other’s thoughts and experiences is all… maybe I’m just asking too much for me bits!

Possibly yes.

i shifted a frame, fork and backpack in 2 days and 2 threads. Though I did think about how slow it has seemed lately when i put the first ad up, and subtracted 20% from the numbers i first thought of before i posted it on the classifieds. And I might just have been lucky.

it could be worse; someone was offering to sell their derriere on the classified the other night. Didn’t stay up long, unsuprisingly!

If the price is ‘right’ it’ll sell immediately with more dibs second and third.

If you want what its ‘worth’ you’ll have to wait for the right buyer.

But everyone wants a bargin 🙂 and why not.

responed to a few WTD ads recently, but get told “more thn i was looking to spend” despite a lot fo the kit being new and only sold due to injury, for the same price as used kit on ebay.
