A pox on all bike thieves.

Both Adrian’s bikes have been stolen.
    Fugi sportif 1.1 2014
    Cube acid 27.5 2016

Stolen from a back garden shed on Wednesday 27th at approx 2AM in Draycott, Derbyshire. Thieves removed 18 screws from the door hinges, and passed bikes over the fence and went through neighbouring garden, may be able to get hold of some cctv footage but will know for sure tonight.
Cube has red bar ends and charge spoon saddle and Garmin mount, other than that, standard. Was only bought in march this year and has done about 500 miles.
The fugi, has a charge spoon saddle as well, wear on rear seat post from saddle bag, has transparent frame protectors fitted near all cables and grey light reflective tape, left STI leaver is slightly faulty to operate, red hope bar ends also has white elite Canada flag bottlecages fitted.
    Any help appreciated.

Sounds like the same gang that did me in Breaston 2 years ago. Removed a whole window in the garage and took 5 bikes in total out the back garden and got away on the old canal towpath. Police thought they knew who it was but without proof they couldnt get a search warrant.

    shit.

Surely a search is part of getting the proof? Otherwise it’s a “get” warrant?

Bad news, and a bit close to home here near Ilkeston.

We’ve had a spate of van and house break ins over the last month or so. The local Facebook page are blaming travellers who were called at Oakwood, but suspect that prejudice rather than evidence based

Try searching on eBay/Gumtree, I think some people have had theirs turn up on there after a while.
