Hi,
From my shed last night in Wylam, Northumberland.
(i) 2010 Kona Sutra, 58cm frame. 6 weeks old. Stock except that the front pannier racks were not fitted. Shimano dual sided pedals. Cateye lights front and rear and fittings for a VDO wireless computer. Frame number F4101205881.
(ii) 2007 GT Avalanche 1.0. Large. Suspension lock out knob had fallen of and been bodged with a plastic Ikea picture hanger. Gash at the top right of the suspension – rough metal visable. Brakes were Avid Juicy 5s (from here). Saddle was a Specialized Avatar. Tyres are Schawbe marathon plus for the commute. Otherwise stock. Frame number F06121874.
They left my wife’s and daughter’s bikes and just took the “shiny” ones.
Rather annoyed….
