STELLAR REALIGNMENT THEORY!

Oh, I don't know. I think there might be something in this. I laughed at this thread last night and this morning a glass of water tried to strangle me.

It's thought that under the thin crust the entire planet is a swirling fluid of molten rock with a large spinning core probably mostly iron and magnetised. It quite likely the core is not perfectly spherical. The crust is stiff but the swirling fluids cause it to flex and move at the lines of weakness. With masses this large these tidal forces are likely to be influenced by the moon as are the vast quantities of water that make up the oceans. It was thought that alignments could cause noticable effects but since we don't feel the tug of the planets it's hard to tell. The core seems to rolling with som eccentricity be suse our poles are moving around and there is good geological evidence that they have moved all the way over and back many times. Who knows why the internal motions of the planet seem unstable?

Well, that is interesting!
http://scienceblogs.com/eruptions/2010/03/increasing_signs_of_activity_a.php
Increased seismic activity as in earth quakes or eruptions and excessive wind speeds and super storms that bring massive flooding.
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2009/12/091224-north-pole-magnetic-russia-earth-core.html
when two magnetic fields are brought closer to each other what happens to the field intensity?
Maybe I'm wrong, I hope I am as I just got a new bike, but then again maybe I'm not?
As I said, time tells all tales!

He's at it again!
Ultimately that whole reel of text just wraps a fuzzy blanket around the existing laws of physics, nothing he's stated (as far as I can see, but I didn't read in much depth) is anything different to a paraphrased version of existing theory. Of course all stars and planets are, to some degree, aligned and related, it's called gravity and orbits. Yes, the suns activity affects the earth (not the other way round). Yes, quality bearings last a little longer... oh no, wrong thread. Magnetic flipping is not how the universe grows. You really are the king of "a little knowledge" aren't you!
Seriously, stay off the drugs. This sounds almost as much of a rambling as your youtube "how-to" videos!
Still, made me chuckle.

Just because YOU believe something doesn't necessarily mean it's true!
I believed in Santa Claus and guess what?So just because others don't believe what you do doesn't make them idiots. Why don't you find a forum where you can throw all these theories around without upsetting the locals.
Or do some "research" and offer a theory for discussion with sources!
Personally I couldn't give a flying **** what you believe!
Thanks for the fun thread...

Upsetting the locals?
The locals don't need any prompting they're bloody upset all the time.
I happen to believe this is important, so I'm raising awareness of it!
Research is a good point though I'll look into it.
Good to meet you, ya little charmer!

Not sure why everyone is giving so much flac to kaesae - his theory is no more preposterous than that of evolution!

The magnetic pole has been switching around since forever. It jumps every few hundred thousand years ISTR.
Eruptions along the mid-Atlantic ridge? Spectacular to look at, but that's also been going on for as long as oceans have been forming on this planet. Plate tectonics innit.

Or Creationism...

A swift headbutt would sort this fella out. Tinternet bellend.
What, for being pretty entertaining? So, violence towards someone merely expressing their views is acceptable?
Tinternet hardman...
Carry on Kaesae. If it winds up the Twitchy Scrotums, it's got to be good value for money!

The flipping of the poles is a universal phenomenon, it is the process by which all of those magnets or suns can be realignment simultaneously when it becomes necessary for them to do so
research/education/understanding of a recent non event news story.....
FAIL!!!

If there's stellar re-alignment going on then perhaps here's the hand responsible:

Have I got this right?
Posted 2 years ago # -
All these theories are great, but seeing as I can't do a damn thing about them, I'll just get out and ride and hopefully the poles won't switch mid ride!
But if they do, when checking my compass, I'll just mag to grid get rid of 180 degrees

I tell you what Flashy; I've needed realigning after a few too many Stellas.....

Evening.
I've been having more of my crazy thoughts.
As I said the earth must realign its self to the cosmos and to do this it must tilt on it's axis.
Which is what it appears to be trying to do!
http://www.breakingnewsandsport.com/chile-earthquake-knocked-earth-off-its-axis/6191050/
What if this and all the other large scale earth quakes are just signs that this event is drawing closer.
Look at it this way, if we are seeing an increase in massive earth quakes and eruptions and also extreme weather it's because there is pressure building under the earth’s crust.
The magnetic north is also moving,
http://news.nationalgeographic.co.uk/news/2009/12/091224-north-pole-magnetic-russia-earth-core.html
We can see from every day events that there is something happening under the earth’s crust.
Are we to believe that these events and climate change are not related? That the amount of energy that is being produced at the centre of the earth has no effect on weather patterns?
Some of the energy that the core of the earth gives off will be in the magnetic and electro magnetic spectrum, it will therefore have an effect on physical matter.
I want to investigate what's happening. Why let a bunch of government lackies tell us what's going on.
I know I'm a brain farting idiot but I'm still prepared to have a go at finding out.
We all know that something is happening, I will stop mucking about and investigate this, for once single track will you work together to see what we can find out?

Maybe the bearings under the Earth's tectonic plates are the wrong type, they no longer move freely, and this is causing the earthquakes you believe are a sign that the world is ending. This is your area Kaesae - discuss.

The world isn't ending, this is simply a cycle that the earth goes through on a regular basis.
Since you like questions, here's one for you!
Do you believe that our ancestors sat around for 120,000 years or there about doing nothing?
http://www.mikedust.com/history/cromagnon.html
A long time ago the Greeks where playing about with steam power for their larger temple doors.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hero_of_Alexandria
description of an ancient text from just after JC popped his cloggs of the invention of steam power.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_Greek_technology
http://library.thinkquest.org/C006011/english/sites/steam_first_experiments.php3?v=2
But conventional thinking tells us that humanity sat about for 120,000 years doing nothing? the Egyptians where far more advanced than the Greeks and who ever built the pyramids at Giza had technology we do not posses today.
Three things could have stopped humanity in its tracks
1) a massive war between us and the cromagnon
http://www.mikedust.com/history/cromagnon.html unlikely though possible.2) disease or plague, likely and possible but still 120,000 years? looking at the current increase in population I don't think this is the case.
3) A naturally occuring cycle that causes massive disruption to the surface of the earth. I believe this is what is happening and that is why our ancestors have left no trace of themselves by their deeds.
Our history is far too short and yet every civilized culture has developed some form of speech and writing.
Humanity will always strive and invent or improve, we would not sit about for 120,000 doing nothing, all of the ancient cultures speak and keep a record or the world flood.
http://www.nwcreation.net/noahlegends.html
http://www.buzzle.com/articles/flood-legends-massive-coincidence-or-distorted-history.html
Perhaps I am wrong, but at least I will try and I'm not afraid to voice my opinion.
