Has anbody had problems fitting stans im pumping no inflation just bubble out the side walls

Slap a load of washing up liquid around the beads and rim. This will help the tyre get seated properly.

Are you using rim strips? If you are and the tyres are a bit loose and the washing up liquid trick doesn’t work then try taking the rim strip of and run a roll of electrical tape around the rim a few times then reinstall the strip. It should make the tyre a tighter fit.

The problem im having the tyres are loosd fitting on the rims and there not sitti v tight so air just comes out the side
