Just spoke to the office as due to long term unemployment I have had to regrettably, cancel my subscription.
I didn't get the name of whoever dealt with me but I just wanted to say thank you and also say how well my call was dealt with. I have to say, cliche or not, that I was made to feel like part of the family.
Cheers guys, as I said on the phone this is simply a needs must situation and I will be keeping up with the mag through the shops as much as cash allows.
Sad to have to sign off just before the 10th Anniversary issue is produced but what can you do?
