    Just installed NX 1×11 but I’ve kept my XT cranks and the chainline is seemingly too extreme to keep the chain on the chainring for more than a couple of pedal revolutions. I’ve swapped the BB spacer over to the non drive side but I’m still having the same problem, any ideas? Or do I need new cranks/ an offset chainring?

    Get some chainring spacers to move the chainring inboard.

    Is it a double chainset? Their chainline is wider than a triple version.
