As in the imbiber is the booze beneficiary, not the pourer? Not sure.

presumably the drinker is also the pourer.
TBH they're not that cheap. Supermarkets are cheaper. Brewing your own is cheaper still

It's a pun.
The one that always bugged me was the office supply vans that claimed they were "Moving Stationery Fast"
Works when written but not when said.
