    Can anyone help with suggestions. Most mens shoes are made in sizes no smaller than 37, and womens in 36. Northwave make an "Elisir" in 34. Does anyone know of alternatives that are available? – 34 would be the biggest I would buy, 33 would be ideal.

    I thought that doctors didn't like SPDs for kids – affects bone development or something?
