Hi guys, went out on my new jake the snake yesterday (fitted with slicks and 17.5 lbs) and i loved it!! What a fast bike!

I,m wanting to get into the road more for training etc plus its fun. Can anyone reccomend me a really informative book, covering subjects like bike fit, training, and other technical info.
I have the book by Ned Overend and it is spot on, so basically just a road version of this would be great!!
