    That’s just another example of how certain camera’s and type of lens can make people look like they are riding faster than any world cup downhill racer since the sport began!

    It doesn’t seem quite as inhumanly fast if you look further down the trail – but the camera angle is focused much closer to the bike – good reminder of the importance of looking. Still in another universe to anything I can do…

    Its a fake isnt it? speeded up i mean, not a fake cyclist 🙄

    The bike isnt behaving in the air as it would normal speed when it fails away from the rider. If you watch any good footage of that type of riding, you will see what i mean…

    I think its speeded up a little, look at the ramp on the 1st corner. If he’d really been riding as fast as the film seems to show he’d would have been launched off the trail & out into the void..
