thanks for asking. mine was shit then good. work for a client in a doom filled office who wants results which aren't feasible in his timescale. then date with a hottie.

Productive day - started on a report for one project, cycled through snow and wind to a meeting across the city which proved very fruitful, and this evening did my first circuits class for over 6 months and feel remarkably OK.
