We will be in Snowdonia this time next week for some hiking etc. Any recommendations for must-do climbs, campsites, wild camps? Having never been to North Wales before, would be nice to do some epic days in the mountains, I don't mind routes with scrambles in them either.
Any route/tips/ideas will be great.

+1 for Crib goch, + N face of Tryfan.
Come down off tryfan via bochlywd or carry on up bristly ridge to the glyders.
If you have plenty of time do the Snowdon horseshoe. Park in Llanberis and get the sherpa bus to PyP carpark. No point trying to park in the valley.
Promise me you won't go up snowdon via the Llanberis path as its incredibly boring apart from the veiw across to Cloggy!
If you want to do the Glyders go up via Llyn Idwal and devils kitchen. Come down y gribin for a nice loop or continue to bristly and come down via bochlywd again
For camping, the campsite Gwern Gof Uchaf is a good choice for Ogwen valley, wild camp at Bochlywd or for snowdon side there is a nice but basic site at Nant peris with the vaynol arms for an excellent watering hole and they do good food too!

i like the east ridge of snowdon. and cnicht is a cracking little mountain
Moel Siabod is always a nice walk/scramble
Also try the Nantlle Ridge if you want to avoid any crowds
Yeah, siabod is good as you can finish in PyB bar for food and beer! Cheap and good!
Chasm route onto the Glyders is a top notch grade 3 involving a bit of tunneling to complete, then head onto the cantilever for the obligatory photos of everybody perched on the end.
If doing Tryfan N ridge the LH arete of Little Tryfan gives a good exposed bit of scrambling two minutes from the car. Nantle ridge is a good day out to escape the masses.
Pen yr Olwen steep path so you can say you did it!
All the other suggestions are cracking Tryfan is a must relatively short with easy extentions via ridge etc.
If you find yourself nipping up the Miners track, there's a lovely bit of scrambling up the ridge before Glaslyn out to the col between Lliwedd and Snowdon.
Pen yr Ole Wen is a grind, but makes a nice circuit with the Carnedds and Craig yr Ysfa
Climb Pen Yr Ole Wen via the east ridge from Ffynnon Lloer. No path on map but the route is obvious when you are there. easy scrambling and height is gained quickly. Not a slog, good to combine to make a horshoe walk to include Carnedd dafydd, Carnedd Llewellyn and Helgi Du. or cut it short and off-piste it south down teh easier slopes of dafydd 800m east of teh summit. Takes you back to ffynnon Lloer.
Crib goch, Tryfan, Glyders etc all awesome but expect crowds. Head to the Carnedd, Rhinog or Arenig for quiet hills and awesome views.
Mm, that's a much better ascent.
Snowdon horseshoe all the way is good. Are you taking ropes/gear etc or just scrambling?
Apart from all that walking and scambling, I'd say the Pen Y Gwryd hotel is pretty much essential, as is the ice cream shop opposite Pete's Eats in Llanberris. 
Pete's itself is variable - huuuuuge portions but the quality is not always the best - depends who's on.
The chippy just down the road on the same side is much nicer imo.
New bike hire place had just opened up in Llanberris last time we went (Easter), just behind Pete's.

Cheers for all the advice everyone, we had a great time last week :d. We ended up doing the North face of Tryfan, Snowdon via Crib Goch and Cadair Idris.

All the stuff mentioned above is great. Except for the routes spandex recommended which scare the bejesus out of most non-climbers. Except except Nantlle ridge which is great hiking if a bit awkward to make into a round.
How good is crib goch!!! I did it on weds the opposite way you did. Has to be THE best ridge walk in the UK
