Always used to use a big coffin style bag and could fit my board, my wifes skis and both sets of boots in it.

However Monarch board carriage is 12 kilos and that aint gonna happen. Bought a padded sleeve type bag.

Question is bindings on or off for transit?

Bindings off in a sleeve style case.

I tend to keep them on in my wheeled bag though, unless I’m carrying kit for other people too.

take em off, or loosen, swivel and tighten so they’re in line with the board – super duck, or super alpine, if you know what I mean!

Stops the heelcups and the folded highback taking the brunt of careless baggage handling.

    Thanks guys.

That was my thought, have wrapped the bindings in my board pants.

    Now what about the helmet?

    off

Recently had my bindings and jacket hanging of the back of my cabin luggage – then put em in the bag on the way to oversized items

to get round the weight thing

    innit
