Having purchased the Halford’s Tacx t2240 smart turbo with the intention of storing it in the garage, upon reading the instructions I notice the warning about not storing it where there could be moisture/ condensation. That makes sense with the electronics, but a frustration. Is everyone just keeping them inside the house?

My Tacx vortex has been in garage for 18 months and no problems. It is a brick built one with a tile roof though. If you’re concerned just cover it over with something after you’ve finshed with a moisture trap thingy under it?

Hmm, that’s interesting. I’m guessing you haven’t connected a tv in there then if the condensation isn’t a worry? I can’t help but be jealous of the big tv setups.
