Running a pair of Ay-ups on the bars and a Fenix L2D on the helmet for SITS and local night rides.

Whats the cheapest, most worthwhile upgrade I could make where I’ll see a difference?

You will have plenty of light for sits with that lot. Get a P7 Torch perhpas for a cheapo upgrade – a lot more light
