Would probably be more data usage, rather than telephone calls.

A month goodie bag for giffgaff will probably cover you, these range from £5 – £20.

I picked up a 15 pound sim from EE from wh smiths when I landed at the airport. Decent signal, even in deepest darkest Cumbria, 2gb data, and more minutes/texts than I use.

Three 321 is good, data is 1p a Mb, texts 2 p, calls 3p/min.

That works out at 1Gb data for a tenner, but as it’s PAYG, you’ll only pay for what you need.

Three or giffgaff.

I use three for trips back to the UK because they also cover chunks of Europe. Online payment and packages is slick as well. Sort it at the airport on the way, assuming you’ve got a Sim card.
