My sis' is looking to buy a bike & is based 6 miles NE of Shrewsbury.
She needs to establish what frame size would suit her and if it's a road, hybrid or road bike she'd be better off buying.
Any recommendations?

I've always found Dave mellor pretty helpfull

Dave Mellor over the bridge and on the left,parking opposite on the roundabout, small shop but the staff are helpful,plenty of stock etc

Used to do a bit of work at The Armoury and used to go up to Mellor's for a wander round on my split shifts.
Never bought anything (have my own trusted lbs) but they were always chatty and seemed quite switched on.

Mellors for sure.

Also dont forget Parker-international,for really cheap bike bits,based in Telford,good mail order service as well.

Or pop down the road to Pearce Cycles in Ludlow.

Very, very good.
