Went shopping for food yesterday and at one of the local shops I noticed a collection box. The thing is, the note attached said the money was to cover the cost of transporting the body back to Poland. There was also a name there, MINE!
Not my photo mind you but there aren't that many Poles in town.

We spoke to the shop, an awful coincidence. A chap died, he had the same name as me and was the same age. The management knew the deceased. Makes me feel better now I know I'm not dead.

Sounds well fishy to me.........I would report it to someone. Don't know who, but someone ought to know about this shenanigan. It might be an illegal immigrant racket, they might have planned to bump you off after after stealing your identity - but the other person might have died unexpectedly.
