Respraying yourself probably doesn’t make sense unless you want a really basic job- the paint, masking tape, wet and dry (and maybe paintstripper, wire wheel, polishing stuff if you want a good finish) will add up to £20-£30, then add in your time. And you’ll almost certainly get a less good result too- spraying a good finish with rattle cans isn’t so hard but it’s a knack, and even then, most sprays aren’t very durable.
