    Hello

In the process of losing the left crank-arm (yes I know… poor maintenance) I could do with knowing the following

what is the correct torque for the 2 allen bolts
    and
whats the purpose of the end-bolt with the star shaped internal 'spline' as a> its missing and b> cant see what purpose it does

    Thanks

The plastic end cap serves as an end cap and also is for pre-loading the bearings before tightening the allen bolts.
    12-14Nm for the bolts.

Spare end caps can be bought from CRC
