Iirc the patent is genuine, (may be 13 speed I’m thinking of) and has been around since before 2012

Until they bring out a cassette with a 9-60 range, I’m not interested. Current offerings are an overpriced waste of time.

Tom, I think you may be right. Possibly just a defensive application though.

Joking aside, the dishing on the cassette in the patent application does seem to be similar to SRAM’s Eagle cassette. Who’s violating who?
