Anyone know what the warranty situation is (lifetime/1 year/whatever) for Shimano “Pro” tools? I have a torque wrench (this one) – but the torque adjusting knob has seized.

To make matters more complicated – I bought it in the US, but now living in Germany. So – just trying to figure out if there is a lifetime warranty (it’s over a year old), in which case I’ll try to navigate the local distributor with Google Translate German.
