    Spesh says on their 2010 Stumpjumper Elite it takes a "Custom Integrated BB". Is this just another term for a HT2 BB? Will my Hope fit or is this one of the new BB30/Pressfit types?

    Integrated usually means some sort of press-fit. Knowing Spesh it'll probably be their own design.
