will i die? can you use a sram 10sp chain on a 10sp xt groupset? can i use a sram 10sp link on a shimano 10sp chain instead of the silly pin thing?

Although i’m sure someone with *much* greater knowledge of these things will be along in a minute :]

I use KMC shimano 10 spd compatable links with no problems, it’s re-useable, AFAIK the SRAM 10sp link is a one use only. I balked at the price at first, but you get two (pairs) in the pack….

Likewise using KMC links with a Shimano Ultegra 6700 10sp chain, no problems so far over the last year, hopefully JOGLE won’t prove me wrong next month…
