I have a friend who wants the data from a ride we did today.

    Total Climbing
    Av speed
    Max & MIn speeds
    Elevation
    etc

I have Tracklogs and Garmin Training centre so when I download the data from it I look at it via them.

My friend doesnt have a GPS, whats the best way of showing him the data?

Sporttracks does a nice graph of elevation and other stats from a logged ride. Exports to Google Earth .kml too which I find is a good format for sharing with non-GPS-geek riders.
