    OK, hopefully this doesn’t contravene any forum rules, but a riding buddy of mine is doing a charity ride next weekend in aid of the Chilterns MS centre. Along with 4 others they will be climbing Alp D’Huez and Col du Galibier.

    He’s even declined a ride with me at Swinley tomorrow for fear of breaking himself, so I know he’s taking it seriously!

    If anyone’s feeling generous and can spare a few quid – even just the price of a pint, it would be gratefully received.
